CNC Hydraulic Press Brake with ZY68 Control

Model: 135T/3200

A 135-ton, 3,200 mm CNC hydraulic press brake. Italian electro-hydraulic servo valves and GIVI magnetic scales close the loop on both cylinders, V-axis crowning compensates slider deflection, and the ZY68 control drives 4+1 axes, so the first bend and the thousandth come out the same.

  • Closed-loop slider control Italian electro-hydraulic servo valves and GIVI magnetic scales feed the real slider position back to the CNC, for high bending and repeat accuracy
  • V-axis crowning the CNC compensates slider deflection automatically, so the angle stays the same along the whole bend
  • Fully functional back gauge imported guide rails, lead screws and bearings; extra back-gauge axes can be added
  • Stress-relieved body split steel-plate welded frame tempered in a large furnace to remove welding and machining stress
  • German integrated hydraulic control fewer pipe connections, more stable operation and a cleaner machine
