A Machine Is Only As Good As the Person Running It

Most of the service calls our engineers answer are not machine faults. They are a nozzle left too long on the head, a focus never recalibrated, a chiller running on water nobody checked, a bend programmed in the wrong order. Every one of them costs a day of production and a bill.

Capital Academy exists to stop that happening. The trainers are the same engineers who install and service these machines across Egypt, so what they teach is what actually goes wrong here, on the material you buy here, in a workshop that looks like yours.

Common Questions

Do I have to own a Capital CNC machine to attend?

No. The courses cover fiber laser cutting, bending, tube lasers, laser welding and robotic welding in general. Owners of GWEIKE, KAIERDA and GAMMA machines get brand-specific detail as well.

What language is the training in?

Arabic. The workbook and the machine screens are covered in both Arabic and English, because the machines themselves are in English.

Can you train on our own machines in our factory?

Yes. Every course can run on site. It is often the better option because the parameter library we build stays on your machines.

How many people can attend?

Eight per group for machine courses, sixteen for the safety course. Larger teams are split into groups so everyone gets machine time.

Is there a certificate?

Yes. Every trainee who completes the course and passes the short practical assessment receives a Capital CNC certificate with a certificate number.

What does it cost?

It depends on the course, the number of trainees and whether it runs at our academy or in your factory. Send us your team details and we confirm the price in writing.
